Angle seat valves

Updated: Dec 29, 2023

Angle seat valves are 2/2-way pneumatically actuated piston valves. Extremely high flow rates, an easy to clean design, and a modular structure. Combine pneumatic valve bodies and actuators however suits you best to make your applications more flexible. Highly flexible, extremely high flow rates. The angle seat valves are externally actuated valves that are controlled by a direct supply of compressed air and are used to shut off gaseous or liquid media in pipe systems. In the process, a spindle with a soft-sealing valve disc is raised and lowered using a pneumatic actuator.

Available types:

- Normally Closed Angle Seat Valve

- Normally Open Angle Seat Valve

- Double Acting Actuator Angle Seat Valve

- Single Acting Actuator Angle Seat Valve

- Connection sizes DN13 ... DN65 and 1/2" ... 2 1/2"

- Pressure of medium 0 ... 30 bar

Application

These valves can be used to deliver millions of cycles of operation in demanding applications such as steam, water, and aggressive media. They are ideally suited for vacuum applications and can be used in fast-acting applications up to 1000 cycles per hour with an expected life of over 10 million cycles. They are used in many industries, including food & beverage, chemical, oil & gas, water & sewage, etc.
