PROPORTIONAL VALVES.jpg

PROPORTIONAL VALVES

A proportional valve provides a change in output pressure or flow in the same ratio as the change in the input, for example if the input doubles then the output will also double.

PRESSURE CONTROL VALVES.jpg

PRESSURE CONTROL VALVES

Pressure-control valves are found in virtually every hydraulic system, and they assist in a variety of functions, from keeping system pressures safely below a desired upper limit to maintaining a set pressure in part of a circuit. Types include relief, reducing, sequence, counterbalance, and unloading.

FLOW CONTROL VALVES.jpeg

FLOW CONTROL VALVES

Flow-control valves include simple orifices and sophisticated closed-loop electrohydraulic valves that automatically adjust to variations in pressure and temperature.

DIRECTIONAL VALVES.jpg

DIRECTIONAL VALVES

Directional control valves (DCVs) are one of the most fundamental parts of hydraulic systems. DCVs allow fluid flow into different paths from one or more sources.

BALANCING & BLOCK VALVES.jpg

BALANCING & BLOCK VALVES

Balancing valves, single or double acting, with compact design. Excellent flow regulation and good tolerance to oil contamination.

CARTRIDGE VALVES.jpg

CARTRIDGE VALVES

Hydraulic cartridge valves generally refer to directional, pressure and flow control valves that screw into a threaded cavity.

CHECK VALVES.jpg

CHECK VALVES

Check valves are the simplest form of hydraulic devices in that they permit free oil flow in one direction and block oil flow in the opposite direction.

MODULAR VALVES.jpg

MODULAR VALVES

Modular valves are designed to simplify hydraulic systems, to eliminate the use of pipe connections and save to space, time and costs.

PUMPS.jpg

PUMPS

A hydraulic pump is a mechanical source of power that converts mechanical power into hydraulic energy (hydrostatic energy i.e. flow, pressure).

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER.jpg

CYLINDERS

A hydraulic cylinder is a mechanical actuator that is used to give a unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke.

SUBPLATES & MANIFOLDS.jpg

SUBPLATES & MANIFOLDS

A hydraulic manifold is a component that regulates fluid flow between ... blocks are ported and drilled to accept subplate-mounted valves.

HYDRAULIC FILTER.jpg

HYDRAULUIC FILTERS

A hydraulic filtration system includes hydraulic filters to remove dirt and particles on a continuous basis.

ACCUMULATORS.jpg

ACCUMULATORS

A hydraulic accumulator is a pressure storage reservoir in which an incompressible hydraulic fluid is held under pressure that is applied by an external source of mechanical energy.

HYDRAULIC POWER PACKS.jpg

POWER PACKS

In basic terms, a hydraulic power pack is a self-contained unit that consists mainly of a motor, a reservoir and a hydraulic pump. Using fluid to transmit power from one location to another, hydraulic power packs can generate massive amounts of power which can be used to drive hydraulic machinery.
