INDUSTRIAL PIPES
Pipes have many uses in the industrial sector. The industrial applications include the moving of raw and semi-processed fluids, which are refined into more useful products. Industrial pipes are needed when transporting aggressive media, such as contaminated water, wastewater, compressed air, chemicals, exhaust gas and exhaust air.
THREADED FITTINGS
Threaded fittings are used for less-critical piping systems, such as water distribution, fire protection, and cooling, or for low-pressure installations not subject to vibration, elongation and bending forces. Threaded pipe fittings are not suited for fluids with constantly changing temperatures, as sudden changes may crack the connection.
COMPRESSION FITTINGS
Compression fittings are rated to the optimal working pressure of the tubing it connects to. Stainless steel compression tube fittings are used for a range of applications in different industrial settings.
PNEUMATIC FITTINGS
Pneumatic fittings provide the essential link between tubes, hoses and other components in a pneumatic system.
HYDRAULIC FITTINGS
The hydraulic systems alone use countless different types of fittings and adapters with different sealing methods and thread forms.
CRIMPED FITTINGS
Crimped-on fittings are permanent. This requires a bit of machinery. You may have seen reusable hose ends, where one end will go on the hose itself. The other end simply gets inserted into the hose.
FLANGES
A flange is a method of connecting pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment to form a piping system. It also provides easy access for cleaning, inspection or modification.
COUPLINGS
Couplings are widely used in a wide range of industries. These couplings are used to decrease the shock load that is transferred from one shaft to another.
FERRULE FITTINGS
Ferrule fittings are used to join together lengths of tubing or piping in such a way that creates a seal while preventing any vibration or movement of the tube or fitting.
WELD FITTINGS
Weld fittings are used for lines conveying flammable, toxic or expensive material where no leakage can be permitted.
